The homepage hero image on my website symbolises my work history in asset finance and leasing projects, as well as my strong interest in engineering or technology and the innovative minds behind products and software. 

Over the course of my career, I have embarked on numerous recruitment projects, resulting in a range of outcomes.

While many of these endeavours led to successful hires, some were affected by takeovers, internal promotions, or the unfortunate loss of approval to transfer staff to other teams. It happens, you learn from it. 

Projects have spanned from the United States to China, from Finland to a few hires in South Africa.

Project experience has included: 

1. OEM and Tier 1 Automotive: From new off-highway axles to cutting-edge R&D sensor innovations spanning multiple spectrums.
2. NFC (Near Field Communication): Exploring its applications in smartphones, as well as its integration into smart building controls and Wi-Fi technology.
3. Establishing a Local Team in Zurich: Creating a dedicated team to support the establishment of a new DACH Regional Office and facilitating seamless integration for senior management (Global VP level).

Currently, my recruitment activities primarily focus on local markets, such as the DACH region, the UK, and occasional forays into the USA and Canada.
